Has anyone already reached lvl 3 with new honor system?

no, dumbest system that the devs incorprated

As someone who mainly ARAM's... its completely and udderly stupid you can not honor opponents nor more than 1 teammate. Along with the fact that alot of use that have played and gotten honor, it was basically trashed

and you cant even see anyones honor anymore.

not to mention people can now abuse the system by having everyone on the team honor someone..

worst move EARTH!!!!

I believe that Riot Simurgh said that it should take people weeks - months to level up, not hours or days. It definitely seems like they intended for it to be a longer process.

Not yet... apparently it's the system that decides when you get to go up a level. By metrics unknown.

I have! I'd estimate 100 honorary so far, getting an average of 2 from premise teammates.

I just hit it today, didn't get any boxes with it yet. But hey Honor 3 finally

I have reached it on 7/28/17
