Re-concept: Shar Han - The King of Western Sea
**Introduction **
Since the ancient times, four magical races have protected Runeterra from overwhelming forces. Phoenix and Angel (like Kayle
) chose to live in Descinia, an unknown place to human. They have been aware among themselves of the mission to resist Void creatures.
Arespor is the race of sea dragons that live under-ocean to the west of Valoran. Like the Phoenixes in Descinia, the Arespor own the ability to transform into human form in order to live on land. The nation of the Arespor was considered as one of the earliest and powerful kingdoms in Runeterra. Arespor and Marai in the Eastern Sea have repressed deep sea monsters of invading of the water surface for centuries. This has led to the serious decrease in number of population of these two races.
Recently, the growth of the Black Mist in the north has menaced Arespor to the edge of extinction. To find a way of solution, Shar Han - the young Arespor king (around 800 years old) - came to the nearest inland nation Demacia to ask coalition. Despite the encouragement of Prince Jarvan IV and Seneschal Xin Zhao, King Jarvan III did not want to risk his people and army. The reason he gave was Arespor did not protect human when the Rune was happened.
When Shar Han first came to Demacia, he met Olleya Gô Sor – Princess of the Phoenixes. The two fell in love and was called "Jun & Ji". After the refusal of Demacia, Olleya and Shar Han demanded the help from Descinia. Olleya's father, who has all respect from Descinian – phoenixes and angels – promised the aid for the resistance of the Black Mist.

**Abilities **
Shar Han is available in Dragon form and Human form with different sets of abilities.
**Passive: **After five stacks combining from attacks and abilities, Shar Han's next basic attack heals him 0 (+25% Ability Power) (+45% damage dealt) HP.
_Human: _Taking-down or assisting lengthens 40% duration of Human form.
Q: _Dragon: _(Range: 625) Empowers basic attacks in 7s. When cast, Shar Han's basic attack takes a couple of moment (0.2~0.25s) to charge, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+100% attacking damage) (+15% ability power) magical damage and slowing target by 30/35/40/45/50% Movement Speed.
**Human: **(Range: 325) Slashes, dealing 40/70/100/130/160 (+50% attacking damage) (+50% ability power) magical damage then flashes to a position. This ability may be re-cast in 3s, dealing the same amount of damage.
W: _Dragon: _(Range: 675) Creates a crescent wave forward that discovers hidden enemies, adds Essence on every single target and forces them to stop moving immediately. Enemies that are casting spells are interrupted. Enemies already have Essence are Silenced for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5s yet take no damage.
**Human: **(Range: 325) Unleashes the power that pushes enemies away, dealing 35/50/65/80/95 (+50% ability power) magical damage and existing as a cloud of steam. After 1.5s, the cloud activates, dealing 35/50/65/80/95 (+50% ability power) magical damage to every unit dares to step inside and slowing them by 40/45/50/55/60% Movement Speed.
E: _Dragon: _(Range: 3500/4000/4500) Sends a magical drop of water to a position that calls Rain in 1100/1200/1300/1400/1500 wide area in 7/7.5/8/8.5/9s, dealing 5/10/15/20/25 (+15% ability power) magical damage per drop and adding Essence on every single target.
When moving under the Rain, Shar Han gains additional 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% Magic Resistance while enemies have their Armor and Magic Resistance reduced by 6/8/10/12/14.
**Human: **(Range: 325) Strengthens the next basic attack, dealing 70/105/140/175/210 (+30% attacking damage) (+50% ability power) bonus magical damage.
Can be used to dash to a target with Mark of hR.
R: _Dragon: _
Passive: Shar Han's basic attacks and spells mark Essence on targets in 7s (only 1 mark on each unit). The value (point) of Dark Blue Essence on champions and epic monsters is 3; Blue Essence on large monsters and large minions is 2; Light Blue Essence on minions and small monsters is 1.
_Active: _(Range: 1000) Claims the Essences, dealing 20/40/60/80 (+50% ability power) magical damage per point.
_Active: _(Range: 1500) At 100 points since level 6, teleports to a position in Rain area and transforms into Human or transforms in the original position in 15/20/25s.
**Human: **(Range: 500) Unleashed a of water that bounces between the surrounding enemy champions (Range: 350 units), dealing 150/250/350 (+80% ability power) magical damage to the first unit, the next units take 50% less damage. Slows all targets by 50% Movement Speed. The stream marks enemies for 3.5s, causing each of them to take 25% damage dealt by Shar Han. This ability can only be cast once at a transform.
**Playing style: **
At Dragon form, Jun is a controlling Mage with **dQ **and especially **dE **used to clear minions threatening a tower from another lane. Using **dE + dW **may easily control an area during a combat with Silence effect. **dW + dR **and **dE + dR **are really good tools for collecting Essences.
At Human form, Jun is an impressive assassin whose possible advantage is to join 1v5 with the effect from hR. Then he separates the enemies with **hW **and jumps in 1v1 with **hE **and keeps dealing damage with hQ, flexibly. Meanwhile, the rest still took damage while he was in 1v1 till the Mark disappeared. He may be quite slim so fighting under dE-Rain gains him a little resistance. If he can approach the battle or a single target with dE + dR, it would be very beneficial.
