No, that's most likely not going to be the case. They said they were skipping big skin lines this year - they did such with Star Guardians and PROJECT, since the time they released in past years has passed. Instead, they did Odyssey and K/DA skins.

Plus, the end of next month is the gap between the Thanksgiving holiday in the US (where Riot is based) and Christmas, which is usually when Riot sets up a host of things for the long break they take to have vacations and spend time with their families. They will release the new champion around that time as well as the Snowdown skins, and beyond that, they will be pretty slow once December kicks in.

PROJECT probably won't come back until next year.

I mean PROJECT was on November 22 if am not mistaken last year

Maybe it was, I thought it was earlier. Though, I still suspect it's being skipped since the K/DA skins are releasing in November.

Both have gigantic rosters, and if they release them every year, they will flood us with too many of them. I'm fine with them releasing every other year, and I'm fine with them doing one or two as solos like they did with Blood Moon Evelynn and Dark Star J4 and Cho if they do release on the off year. I also really like the new skin lines they introduced this year. Odyssey is amazing, and I am so looking forward to K/DA.

At least Caitlyn has a chance to become a Star Guardian next year. This year would have been unlikely anyway because of her Pool Party skin. :3
