If you're going for the more mature, 40+ future version of Kat, you got it.
Really gotta smooth her out more. Katarina's still relatively youthful, so she should have smooth cheeks.
If her torso has that defined of a muscle lining then she needs her abs completed(6 pack) or make the muscle less defined; as is it looks like a s or on her stomach. Her cheek bone is also overpronouced so she looks starved, and this does not match the size of her breasts. If she was so thin her cheeks were that gaunt then she would not have breasts that pronounced. Overall looks really good nice work giving an upvote.
Only the face need work, looks like Nicholas Cage cosplaying Katarina.

Not bad for a first attempt. Personally I feel that her (ahem) 2 personalities should be repositioned just a bit down and her face needs another try. Maybe if you try to remove the cheekbone shadow it'd instantly look more feminine.
I'm not a great artist so I don't want to put you off. It's a lot better than what I could do quite honestly.
As a Katarina expert and amused of what half the people said.
First her face is younger, the lips are a bit more... her upper lip how more volume and her lower lip is a bit thinner, but at least you got the overall shape correct. The facial structure itself is a bit complicated to draw correct and yours is pretty wrong, she has a bit sharper face and her cheekbones don't really come out that much, even if she's 49 kilos, simply because the shape itself is like that, so skinny fits her perfect. The eyes are a different shape and a bit bigger with a bit of eye lines (not shadows), the eyebrowns are wrong shape and need a tiny bit more volume. The hair is totally horrible, you need to fix that at max. The body is pretty much fine, just that tattoo is way bigger than you have drawn it to be. You're missing one sholder plate and the other one has a weird shape that tries to resemble the old ingame model, but same time has nothing in common. The belts on her chest are a bit bigger and bit lower and have a silver (skull like? idk) shape locking them at the center.
I mean I know you'll probly ignore me or people will hate me, but that's pretty much it.
Her Stomach makes her look very old, the ribs are too prominent, other than that its great

If your goal was to make her look 30 years older than she actually is, then you did a spectacular job!
