Should it be possible to buy treasure chests?

It is possible to buy a mystery gift to other players, but have you ever wanted one for yourself too? Well, I have, and I never got one. I think a treassure chest in League of legends could be a New feature. You could buy it for a lower price, and it could contain for example skins (both old and New ones). What do you think? Should it be possible to by "treasure cheasts"?
