Is the Thresh the only champion with only 2 available skins?
I mean this not counting champions from Jinx and after (Jinx, vel'koz, gnar, braum, azir) Is the the only champion with 2 available skins? his 3rd one is legacy I think

Two skins meaning Classic and RP-purchased?
Because Zac still doesn't have a skin outside of his release one yet, and though you mentioned Jinx, Yasuo (released after her) got a third skin before she did, so I think she should at least be considered.
