Arturas, The Mechanic's Servant
LORE: Arturas, begging on the streets of Zaun, asking for money and food. He could only hold p a cup not a sign, due to only having one hand, and always having to sit down, due to only having his left foot. Begging late one night for a place to stay, since he did not have one of his own. He remembered back to war of machines. He fought on the side of the humans. Hating the machines with all of his gut, and look where he ended up, on the streets of Zaun, how ironic. As much as he hated this, he did not have much of choice. If only I could fought harder, he thought to himself,_ the war could've ended in our favor. I was right next to their leader, I could've taken him out easily. What was holding me back? I thought I saw a familiar fac-_ "Hello?," a robotic voice came, Arturas looked up and saw a man, with two- scratch that... three arms he looked at the rest of his body and his face, a metallic mask it looked like. "Hello sir, how may I help you?" I replied. "Well I was interested, are you homeless and asking for money?" "Yes I am would you like to assist me?" He pulled the jar in front of him and shook it, hearing the chings of the change shake about in the cup. "I would like to assist you, but not in money," the mysterious man said, Oh great, here comes some spiritual garbage I don't need right now, "How would you like your arm and your leg back?" What? Who is this guy? "Look, I don't have time for jokes can you please go?" "This is no joke, but if you wish to treat it as one, I'll be on my way." He started walking away. "Wait!" I called out,"What do I have to give for this?" He removed his mask revealing a torn up face with scars cuts and bruises,"My name is Viktor, from now on you work for me."
ABILITIES: Passive- Overkill: After 4 basic attacks, his next one stuns for .25/.5/1/1.25 (Ranks up every time ult is ranked up [6/11/18] Starts out with .25)
Q- Knock-Out Hit: Punches a targeted enemy dealing 70/80/90/100/115 (Plus 70% of AD) as Physical Damage
W-: Empowers his prosthetic's gaining 40/50/65/70/80% Movement Speed and 25/30/35/45/50% Attack Speed
E- Upper Cut: PASSIVE: Fight 'till you drop: For every 1% of missing health Arturas has, he gains 1.5% AD (based on current AD, does not stack with self)
ACTIVE: Empowers next basic attack to do 5/6/7/8/9% of enemies missing health as true damage.
R- The Grand Slam: Leaps into the air and then slams the ground with his arm and leg (like superman pose) and everyone caught in circular area (Range:500) is dealt 200/250/350 (Plus 90% of AD) and knocked up for 1/1.5/2 seconds and every in the area (range 500-700) is knocked up for half of the original knock-up time and dealt half the damage.

Ah, I love original jokes" "I'm done punching you now.. oh wait I missed a spot! Silly me!"
