New Champion: Doge

Hello, and giving into a lot of the thought and seeing champions these days, I decided to create my own champion. His name is Doge, the eternal Doggo. I have spent decades gathering research for my new champion, for his idea did not come to me while pooping on a toilet, no, they came from hard work and dedication. In May, 2010 I kidnapped 2 Indonesian children, went to Malaysia and hiked steep mountains to meet the original Doggo. It was a sad experience for the fact that he died that same day, whispering two things to me. He said his last words, "Much Death, Such Sad." It was more than enough inspiration to begin my quest. For 6 Years I have been in my parents basement, and because they have constantly tried to get rid of me I moved out took my research, and moved to Alaska. As I worked there for years, fighting off wolves and bears, I bring you my champion, Doge.

Passive: WOW Whenever Doge kills an enemy, he gains all of their stats, this means their armor, damage, ability power, etc. This stacks infinitely and cannot be taken away, even at death. Q- Such Bark Doge Barks violently silencing everyone on the map for 30 seconds, regardless of range. This does no damage (that would be to strong, duh.) W- Such Glamour Doge becomes beautiful, embellishing himself, reducing the vision of all enemy champion who see him, for he is such fabulous. E- Much Dash Doge dashes in a line, and range of his choice, if he hits an enemy champion during the dash, Doge immediately kills them, for nothing can stop Doge while he dashes. R- The Power of Doge Doge becomes his immortal being, turning the game into "sandbox" mode, for while in this state Doge controls everything, shape, size, damage, speed, etc. Doge takes over the selected server, for it is now his and no one will stop him.

Doge has been an inspiration in my life, and I worship him every morning and night, repeating the words, "Much praise" for 3 hours every time while kneeling and humming to myself.

Please share the word of Doge, if a Riot Employee could possibly help me with this concept, it could go a longways. I have sacrificed a lot for this, including my left kidney, two small Indonesian children, possibly various hikers, many cops, half my liver and a portion of my right thumb.
