I didn't know where to put this...

So I got suspended for 14 days, I'm not going to sit here and rant "Argh Riot is so dumb!! I'm leaving this game! Terrible community!" Nothing like that. I'll admit it, I get really salty on good days and today wasn't a good day, I won't get into details to try and get unbanned I deserve it. Well if any of you have made it this far into my forum, I'll tell you a story where I wish justice took place. I get into game, top lane Gnar, I accidentally brought ap runes. And complained in chat "this game should be fun I brought Ap runes" Darius, who I was vs then put in chat "lmao easy lane then" "tell me about it" i said. (warning from here on grammar and punc. is not important to me don't complain) So then I continue to play and die early level 2 because Darius is Darius. I then complain "lmao how broken is that early dmg" "he responded ikr thats why I main him" So I'm already salty, i wanted to play league to clear my head but this apparently was not my day. I then come back lvl 2 and get ganked immediately and die. I become more furious "omg seriously you had to call for help?" He responded of course. laning went by and we skip to team fight time. I try to pin people against wall but missed because I am bad. "Lmao so bad gnar" Darius said out of the blue. "Was that necessary, at least i'm not as bad as you." i replied not going to take this guys ****. We start arguing and i keep replying become worse and worse up to the point where Darius was making me tilt so I couldn't play better. And of course I followed because, well i had a bad day. Multiple comments of him "not even close" "so bad" "so ez" me replying with hatred in each of my words every time I respond. At the end of the game we won and I started ****-talking because well, I wanted to gloat. I was mean the entire game I deserve what I got seriously... but in all honestly what even happens to the other guy? Not even a warning I bet. all I am looking for here is justice and I have 14 days to try and find it. If you read this thanks and let me make it clear I don't want to be unbanned I was just telling the story of what happened and I don't want to get the other guy banned, it sucks not being able to play a game you love, look forward to play (especially with my friends), and pour your money into, (STOP MAKING SKINS RIOT YOU ARE TAKING MY MONEY.) I just want to raise the issue and maybe get some responses? Thanks.
