new AD item with armor?

Play AP mages a lot I find it is very easy for them to build up MR or armor . But any AD champ cant get any form of armor with Attack damage as well. We have the to give health but unless we want any good defensive item we have to get . I have a great idea.

An item that gives 55 damage and 20 armor; made with the new and maybe a and . Its unique passives would be +10 armor pen and every attack or spell grants 2 bonus armor; capping and 10 bonus armor costing around 2400g. This item would be a good item to get when dealing with a strong adc or and fighter since it would allow you to deal damage to them without getting punished so quickly by simply attacking them.

Do you guys think this would a good item to add?
