new AD item with armor?

Play AP mages a lot I find it is very easy for them to build up MR or armor . But any AD champ cant get any form of armor with Attack damage as well. We have the to give health but unless we want any good defensive item we have to get . I have a great idea.

An item that gives 55 damage and 20 armor; made with the new and maybe a and . Its unique passives would be +10 armor pen and every attack or spell grants 2 bonus armor; capping and 10 bonus armor costing around 2400g. This item would be a good item to get when dealing with a strong adc or and fighter since it would allow you to deal damage to them without getting punished so quickly by simply attacking them.

Do you guys think this would a good item to add?

I think that 55 damage out of the dirk and pickaxe might be a bit high. Also, the cost seems a little low. I'll admit I don't know how much Abyssal septre is, but 2400g sounds low. What about 2800g? As far as the countering of adc that is often the job of a tanky fighter like Garen , or an Assassin like Zed .

I must admit I miss Atma's Impaler.

By countering ad I ment adcs countering garens and other strong fighters. But I can see how that would be a problem if given to a Darius or riven. As it would fit perfect with their builds and cause a major indirect buff to them.

But 2600 I think is a good price for this kind of an item. Where the components add to( correct me if I am wrong) 2275g add some 325 extra gold and boom. Item.
