Stats: 150 Armor Unique Passive - [Brutal Reflection]: Blocks 25% Of Auto attacks and converts the damage you blocked into True damage reflected to its target + 10% of your total armor. [Blocks on hit effects as well]

I propose that its passive should affect On-Hit effects that are affiliated with basic attacks (Devourer, Guinsoo's, Wit's End, Sheen, etc) as a counter for the on hit effect champions who been not countered by tank items as well as it's reflected damage would pay the expensive price it needs.

Taking it would be late game option for Initiating Tanks who are meat-shields in late game who have no options to toughen up.
