Warwick, the Blood Hunter

Warwick, in this version, is a right click focused Carry, who specializes in quickly killing lone targets and hunting down low health teams.

(tl;dr at the bottom)

Range: 125 Movement speed: 325

Passive: Blood Scent Warwick gains bonuses based on how much health enemy champions across the map are missing. Dead enemies still grant bonuses to Warwick.

  • Warwick gains 1% movement speed for every 5% missing health. This bonus is doubled while Warwick is near the source.
  • Warwick can tell the locations of enemies (but not identities) if they are below 60% health.
  • Warwick gains true sight of enemies below 30% health.

Q: Hungering Swipes 80 mana, 9 second cooldown (after the effect ends) Warwick enters a frenzied hunger for 3 seconds. Basic attacks will refresh the duration. While in this state Warwick:

  • Gains 50/60/70/80/90% attack speed.
  • Deals and receives 40% increased damage.
  • Heals for 50% of the damage he deals, 100% on killing blows.

W: Bleed Out (toggle) Your basic attacks deal half damage, but apply a bleed on hit. This bleed deals magic damage equal to 40/45/50/55/60% of the damage that the attack would have dealt over 2.5 seconds. Bled targets are slowed by 0.33% per 1% missing health.

The bleed damage stacks fully off of multiple attacks, but the slow does not.

E: Hamstring 50 mana, 7 second cooldown Warwick leaps to a target location before leaping back after 0.5 seconds. Enemies struck by Hamstring are dealt 50/60/70/80/90 (+.4 bonus AD) physical damage and are slowed by 90% for 0.5 seconds. Enemies take full damage if they are hit twice.

Being hit with an immobilizing CC or landing "Infinite Duress" during the delay will cause the return leap to be cancelled.

R: Infinite Duress 100 mana, 120/100/80 second cooldown Warwick's next basic attack within 5 seconds against a champion causes him to latch onto his target, suppressing them for 1.75 seconds. Over the duration, Warwick strikes his target 4/5/6 times, dealing 50 (+.5 AD) bonus magic damage on hit each time.

If Warwick does not strike a champion within 5 seconds of activating this, it goes on a 10 second cooldown.

tl;dr Passive lets him run really fast when his enemies are hurt, and doesn't let them sneak away. Q lets him hit like a truck and drain tank a lot, but makes him vulnerable to burst. This and his passive are ripoffs of Bloodseeker from Dota. W is like Urf the Manatee's Fish mode, but not shit. E was a leaked ability from a prior Warwick rework in the works R is now applied with an auto attack rather than a blink, but he now has a dash.

I am a Warwick fanatic. I played him when I started and he remained a consistent champion for my the entire time. On my original account he was the only champ I had a skin for. As much as I understand the need for a rework on him, I think 2 parts of the design on this are a bit counter-productive. First off, his new W would actually reduce his damage for a while, which is unfeasable. Second, the movement speed and vision he would gain from that passive would make so many strategies irrelevant, and because there are no conditions for the movement speed besides missing health, he'd have just a raw inconsistent movement speed buff basically the whole game. I love the way his E works now, and this passive needs a buff to the movespeed, but also a range, in order to be potentially balance-able.

I had this idea for WW's hunting aspect, Wolf are stalkers, they will chase their prey down many times without the prey even realizing they are being stalked, and most of the time they are wounded, so what if every time an enemy took damage his blood dripped on the floor, and WW could smell that blood and get the scent of his prey, now every time WW went into an area his prey has been into, he would see a red smoke representing his scent, WW could use it to trace the enemy trough out the map and since its not an perfect representation of where the enemy is you don't really have to warn him, so we could have WW literally stalking the prey, and when he finally finds him his attack could activate the passive he has right now.

Nice pitch but the best Warwick rework is still greymane
