Does riot implement your ideas? if so is there an example where someone posted an idea and riot similarly implemented it? *The reason i ask is because i want to put some effort into this and come up with new skins/champs but i dont want to waste time if it's impossible for Riot to implement them, thanks
I've been posting my champion ideas and concept art of them for months and its just something that I like to do. Sure if I notice a new champion similar to something I shared here I would be ecstatic but I really don't count on it. Riot is not guaranteed to implement your ideas, and even if they did you wouldn't see the results until many months later. On the other hand, it's better to introduce the idea and see how the community responds, attracting Rioter attention, than keep it to yourself and wonder "What if?"
Besides, if you're not having fun you're probably doing it wrong.
Your idea is not worth sharing. You literally won't put in the effort to come up with an idea unless you get something out of it.
If anything it's better to post it for fun and if it's good it will attract attention and maybe get noticed by a red. Doubtful they will do anything with it but I come glance at this section of the boards every week or so and just take some time to scroll through and be entertained with what people can come up with. If you are purely seeking attention I believe Skins are the better way to go since they can be easier to relate with to some extent. Void Fizz and Pool Party Zac were both community designed skins and were later implemented to the game if that is the inspiration you are looking for.
