Taric Rework Concept

Gemcraft (Passive): Each time Taric is damaged, he drops a trail of gems. These gems scale off of his armor and magic resist, and regenerate off of his health regen, reaching a total stack amount.

Imbue (Q): Taric shields a target, healing them and temporarily giving them his passive. That shield can be exploded with Taric's W as well.

Shatter (W): Taric explodes all gems, dropped or on him, dealing damage.

Dazzle (E): Taric stuns a target, drawing all nearby gems to that target. Enemies it by gems will be stunned as well.

Radiance(R): Taric rapidly regenerates gems, doubling his armor and magic resist (in turn doubling the stack amounts his bar). Taric also rapidly casts Imbue on nearby allies.

his passive is just his resource bar, that is a no no, i mean, Renekton isnt much better....but he TECHNICALLY has a passive that increases fury rate.........
