New Direction Riot Games Inc Should Head?

Hi there, I have been avid fan of League of Legends for a few years, now, and is very interested in the advances your team(s) are taking. However, after considering other game studios, I've discovered a rare trend, where certain studios would publish an outstanding game, that build upon that story/lore with a different genre, the most prominent would be Blizzard Entertainment, with their successful World of Warcraft, and branching off into Hearthstone with the same/similar lore. I could definitely see Riot Games Inc to follow in their "footsteps", creating a sort of "sequel" to draw in more players to the same game universe. As a budding game developer (that's my dream job, though I'm currently still in Middle School :D), I believe that a step in the MMORPG genre would prove to be fairly interesting, as the MMORPG genre is slightly dying off, as only a few DECENT MMORPGs are being released this year (2014). The MMORPG could take place in the future of League of Legends, after this dispute settling system crumbles, and Noxus/Demacia engage in a century long feud. Each side would have certain "factions" (or cities) that are similar but different in lore, for example Zaun siding with Noxus while Piltover sides with Demacia, each serving a similar purpose. The void creatures would side with Demacia, while the yordles group up with Noxus. The pirates would choose Noxus while the Ionians prefer to reach out to Demacia. In this varied "sequel", the champions we recognized in League of Legends are all close to dead, or unstable. An interesting side note would be that the game could start out similar to that of "Rift", placing the beginning players in a war zone, only to be transported FORWARD into time by Zilean, to observe and battle over the outcomes. The "hatred" towards champions would be ignited by a movement, similar to that of the real life's "Nazi" party, in which they oppose the League system, and have immobilize all of the champions in the time that the player has been "gone". This movement would exist in the Noxus empire, while a similar but more "pure" movement would thrive in Demacia. Summoners are lead by Zilean, the sole surviver, who teaches them summoning through time, temporairily conjuring up long-dead champions to fight by their side. Summoners would be a playable class in this game, along with the traditional archers (ADC), Mages (MID), Thieves (Assassins), Hunters (junglers), Melee Fighters (Top Lane) and Tanks (tanks). The players would start out on the outer borders of each empire, the edge furthest away from the enemy, and would progressively move towards the center, the ongoing war spot. Enemies could sneak past borders, but each city is progressively more defended towards where the players start out. Going back to the Rift-styled game beginning, it could be the other way around, where a singular movement opposing all champions destroys both civilizations, and rules over all. Zilean then sends you BACK in time, to the beginning of the war. Switching all the way back to player related topics (I simply type what comes to mind), playable races are unlocked for their specific side. You can choose one of the two raging factions, Demacia or Noxus, each having a specific race. If you choose Demacia, you can then play as Yordles, Demacians, Ionians, Freljordians. If you choose to oppose them and instead enjoy Noxans, you can then select Void(lings), Noxians, Pirates, or the Gray Order (Annie) / Shadow Isle (....dudes....). Classes would not be faction locked, but instead free to be chosen by either side, however if you choose to become a summoner, you're a freelance race, where you can side with either...side, following the lead of Zilean, instead. I choose Zilean for two reasons, one for the fact that he can time travel, and secondly for the fact that in the old installer for League of Legends, one of Zilean's splash art(s) were chosen as the icon, which stands out as an important figure to me. As for the view, I would choose the standard third-person mode, unless you would like to choose a more Destiny-styled game, with FPS elements. Quests could be given by Zilean from messages from the dead champions, from when they were alive, such as capture a nexus for Xerath, or grab some rum for Gragas. Additonally, all the familiar monsters, such as the Wright, Blue Golem, Wraiths, Red Lizard, Baron, Vilemaw, and Dragon, would all have "evolved", Baron having many offspring, along with Vilemaw and Dragon each having their separate children. The other jungle monsters would belong to several species, that roam the land. The minions shown patrolling in League of Legends would exist as an "army" for either side, though they are no longer bound to summoners, and are much...larger. Thank you for reading this lengthy (and unedited) suggestion as for the next direction Riot Games Inc should head in. Have a fun read! (maybe too late)

EDIT After much confusion in the comments section, I would like to add that the purpose of this "article" was to state that a new GAME would be interesting to expand the lore, versus changing League of Legends. League of Legends would go UNTOUCHED, however RiotGamesInc could start on a new game/project, to prepare for when LoL (possibly) might crash in the future.

I think you have to realize that its a very big multi-hundred-million dollar business (billion) and this is all thought out. Just like the supply chain of today's manufacturing industry relies on "planned obsolescence" so there is constant demand from customers. One day LoL will start dropping in popularity and it wont be long before something else comes out. But now the wave is still pretty surfable xD.

i think that keeping the game as is is the preferred method. I agree that id love for the lore to expand a little more or on a more frequent scale (like the ionian conflict in 2010) but in the end what makes this game so great is the detail to it but also the fact its not too big for its birches. let it keep the game and lore as is just expand on it maybe add a new continent in Runterra or have another ionian war event (PLS!) but other than that...id have to disagree on your idea, though i applaud how well thought out it is.

Added edit to clear confusion, as most of you guys believed that I intended to suggest that League of Legends should be change, while I instead wanted RiotGamesInc to begin a new project of an MMORPG genre.
