Nami Champion Pick Duplicate Classic Skin (Visual Glitch)

I was in champ pick, duo ranked, and chose Nami first pick. The attached image shows there being a "Classic Nami" skin selection, in addition to another "Classic Nami" skin selection. This is just a brief visual error, though I haven't tried replicating it yet.
