Jinx release + Legendary skin within 3 years; same amount of time since Zyra last got a skin

Where is the love Riot? Is it even okay not giving a champion a new skin in the same amount of time it took to release a champion and give them a Legendary skin? It's not like Zyra is unpopular, people love the plant lady.

skins for zyra require a lot of effort as she uses a lot of models, and even her recolour skins take about as much effort as a 1350 rp skin
