Champion Concept- Another Charm Champion

It bothers me that we have some mechanics that could be used more and are barely touched. Case in point, Charm; a whopping one champion in all 100+ champions that can Charm, let's get another body that can use it in there yeah? ...Huh, that sounded better in my head

Don't really have a name yet, for this thread I'm currently just going to call her Felli. I'm seeing her as a Support champion that enjoys the poke-game that most ranged supports play down in the bot lane; as a Support- she must be capable of making plays, but without a team to back her up she'll be destroyed.

Innate: Whenever Felli harms an enemy champion with an ability, she marks them for 3 seconds. Landing an AA on a marked enemy will consume the mark and regain 3% / 4% / 5% of her maximum mana.

Q: Felli uses a magic circle to fire a pulse of magic at her enemies; short range and will cost a fair bit of mana but should pack a punch to compensate. Damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+ 75% AP)

W: Felli gestures at a target location; after a brief delay with some manner of warning, enemies in the area will take damage and be slowed. Slow: 40% / 50% / 60% / 70% / 80% Damage: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+30% AP)

E: Felli dashes onto target ally or enemy champion: healing allies or snaring enemy champions. The heal and snare will both be boosted the longer she is in range of the enemy/ally champion. Ally healing: 50 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 30%AP) Enemy snare duration: 1 / 1.25 / 1.50 / 1.75 / 2 seconds Enemy damage: 50 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 40% AP) Increases by 10x Felli's current level for every second the champion is in range of the ability before using it for a maximum of 3 seconds. So at level 1 and being near an allied champion for 3 seconds, she will heal them for 50 + 30; and an enemy with the same formula would take 50 + 30 damage. Range: The "charge" and dash will both probably be about 525-550ish.

R: Felli becomes the personification of what the enemy champions want most, charming all enemy champions in range and dealing damage to them. Felli can only move during this time, no abilities or auto-attacks; she can still use Summoner Spells and items. Charm duration: 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds Damage: 100 / 300 / 500 (+ 30% AP)

Don't worry you're already getting your Charm champion; it's in the Urgot rework.

Yeah, figured that one was going to be tricky; the numbers are just sort of placeholders atm.

If it helps, the ideal "range" for it would be within AA range; so if she's close enough to be gathering the "charge" then she's close enough for anyone but maybe Vayne to freely AA her. She also isn't tanky or able to heal herself- so you need to go in or get out.

Taking the standard "concept not numbers" approach, I like most of the abilities. The two things I would say are least likely to be feasible in the actual game are having an AoE disable that also does teamwide damage amp (especially with amp scaling with AP). The second is just the conecpt of an ability ramping up in damage passively by being nearby. If it has to be activated and then range has to be kept, sure. But simply being in range creating damage potential makes for too much of a threat unless she hits like a pillow with it.

Things I like, though, I like a lot. The passive seems like something that could make it onto a champion on live, and it's very self-cohesive (much like Riven's in that way). A versatile dash like that reminds me of Kat, but giving up speed of movement and ability to trick your opponents on the direction for some actual benefit to your team. It also seems like this champion would have the sort of strong engage-disengage abilities that make Leona so useful to an ADC, while being distinct enough to make a difference.

I'll probably replace the damage amp with just damage; I forgot they removed that from Charm.

The E is tricky to gauge how effective it will be, but it's a short range ability- if she's in range to be "charging it" then she'll be within AA range. And unlike Leona, she isn't tanky.

Thanks for the feedback.

I came to say we need a succubus, not disappointed.

We actually need more than a demon champion but it's something.
