A Skin Line Idea: REVERSE-MACHINE skins for Viktor, Corki, and Rumble! (and whoever else I missed)

I'm talking about champions defined by their technology. Like Viktor, he's not really a mage doing magic damage, he's just a purely non-magical machine that fires pew pew lasers. Let me start off.

:** Rogue Wizard Viktor.** As Viktor is supposed to be a rogue scientist doing forbidden science stuff, he should be a rogue wizard. He should wear a wizard's robe, his third arm will be a serpentine familiar on his shoulder. His Q has him throwing a charm like a boomerang, his W has him cast a small tornado, his E will be his dragon firing a stream of fire, and his R will be a lightning storm.

: Dragon Rider Rumble. This one is harder to pull off, but due to the position of his flamethrower, the dragon will have to be a malformed hunchbacked dragon. His is the dragon breathing fire, W is dragon scales flying around to protect him, his E has Rumble himself firing a crossbow, and his R has the dragon fire globs of lava.

: Ummm...help me :(

Think reverse-Mecha. Whereas Mecha skin-line changes normally non-technological champions into machines with machine-interpretations of their abilities, Reverse-Machines will take technological champions, and change them into non-mechanical interpretations.

PS - did I miss any champion that this skin line might work on?
