Honoring Multiple Teammates

I definitely see why Riot chose to only allow honoring one teammate, they're trying to make Honor feel a bit more important and impactful. But I feel there are better ways to do it. I personally have been on teams where EVERYONE was awesome (rare, but it happens), and I always feel so bad only honoring one. So here's my idea to fix this problem. Have Honor be part of Hextech Crafting. Hear me out. Introduce a new item called Honor Tokens or something similar. You earn one for each game you play, and expend one to honor a teammate. This means that if your team was horrible, you can save your tokens for the time when your team is awesome and you want to honor multiple. To progress your own Honor level, introduce a new item called Honor Shards. You gain one each time you receive Honor from a teammate and you use them in Hextech Crafting to boost your Honor level. The combination of these two things would not only solve the one-teammate problem, but in my opinion would make getting Honored feel a lot better than it currently does (coz you get to SEE the Honor Shard increase your level). Thoughts?
