Can We Get A Sailor Character?

Not like Miss Fortune, Gangplank, or Nautilus, or the captain of a ship, but an actual sailor. I'd imagine him looking like Jolion from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure? https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/vsbattles/images/a/aa/Josuke_jojolion_crop.png/revision/latest?cb=20141020030153 Since he's a sailor and not the captain of a ship like Gangplank, i could see his skills being accidental or unintentional on his part (I.E. He charges in for his ult but is stampeded over by his crewmates who do the actual damage/effect of his ult).

They surely could do such a character, but it would be good to have an interesting hook for the champion.

If he is "just" a sailor in a big crew, what makes him an exceptional being in a world of clockwork ladies, Chemtech chimeras and fox girls? What makes him a champion in this world?

Do you have any interesting ideas for such a champion? ^^

he isnt a sailor kira was a ships doctor and when he got fused with(whatever the hell his name was) they became part 8 josuke and he wears the sailor suit because thats what kira used to wear on his job. if you want to reference jjba do it right
