Lore: For years, hunters have spoke of this "Ghost in the Woods". None have seen him and lived to tell the tale. One day, when the Noxian army invaded, he hid in the trees, under the brush, anywhere he could. Taking out any Noxian that came across him. Using his bow, until the arrows ran out, then he used his blade. When the blade ran dull, he used his hands. At the end of the day, only one man escaped the massacre. Finding a passing caravan, he ran up to them. Pleading that they help him, yelling that there was something in the woods, something that could only be called supernatural. Until an arrow with a ghostly fog following it pierced his heart. The Caravan sped away, the cart running over the mans corpse as they ran in fear. The caravan leader looked at the body behind him, as it burst into a mess of black vines. The scarred man never spoke of what he saw, still haunted by that sight and the low whisper in the wind "Keep Out"

"Arrow to the heart, or blade to the throat. The choice is yours" -- Zero

Abilities:

Passive: What lurks in the bush -- Whenever Zero enters a bush, he becomes stealthed and gains 15% bonus movement speed, Then his next basic attack will scare the enemy making them run in fear for .75 / 1 / 1.25 seconds then are slowed by 10 / 15 / 20% for 1 second after. (This effect cannot happen on an enemy more than once within 12 / 10 / 8 seconds)

Q: Phantom Shot -- Zero shoots a ghostly bolt from his bow, (600unit range). The bolt stops on the first champion hit, dealing 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 (+100 / 105 / 110 / 115 / 120% AD) Physical Damage. If the bolt kills the champion it hits, then it will splinter and hit up to 3 targets behind the first, dealing 30% reduced damage to those 3 targets. [70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 Mana] {15 / 13 / 11 / 9 / 7 Second Cool down}

E: Evade -- Passive -- Whenever an enemy is within 150 units of Zero, he will attack them with his knife instead of his bow, dealing 15% of his AD as bonus physical damage.

Active: Zero dashes up to 300 units in a direction. Takedowns on enemy champions reduce Evade's cool down equal to its remaining duration. [40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 Mana] {15/13/11/9/7 Second Cool Down}

R:

Passive: Takedowns on enemy champions grant Zero 5 bonus AD.

Active: No Escape -- Zero sends out a mark to all enemy champions that he has attacked within the last 10 seconds. Marked champions are slowed by 25% and have their armor reduced by 10% for 8 / 10 / 12 seconds. During this time Zero gains +150 basic attack range against marked champs and his basic attacks deal 3% of the targets Max Hp as bonus true damage. If an enemy dies while marked, they will explode into a mess of ghostly vines. The vines will latch onto nearby terrain, creating a wall that slows enemies that pass through it by 90% for 2 seconds. Lore His lore is pretty disconnected from the rest of the world. Out of his little skirmishe with Noxus he has no tie to the rest of Runeterra, no relation to other champions. He have no goal other than keeping intruder out of his turf, which by itself is pretty empty, and the only trait of personnality he has is arrogance. You should try to find a way to give him a place in the world, that would help building his character better: He is unforgiving when it come to his territory and is in conflict with Noxus. What about tying his lore to Kled in some way since the latter is a noxian military officer with the same kind of tendencies? What about Kindred which share the same hunter-like fighting style and try to get rid of undeads? There are many possibilities to give your champion a place in the world, you should try exploring them.

Kit Passive: The idea is good, it's slightly like a ranged adaptation of Rengar's "Innate" from his passive. It set the premise of his niche really simply. Q: this ability is pretty generic and do not participate in a kit synergy. The only interesing part is gated behind a champion takedown while not being really powerful. W: A really interesting ability. It's simple but it define a guerilla marksmen niche for the champion and take a not yet used form that is not overbearing. E: passive - Yet again another simple but interesting mechanic that set the character in his fantasy and niche. Allowing him to have an advantage at melee range allow him to gain an edge on other ranged which allow you to change your playstyle depending on your target. active - Pretty generic but synergise very well with the passive part, allowing hit and run startegies and guerrilla tactics. R: passive - Honestly, why is this here? It feel out of place and totally generic both in its effect and stacking mechanic. If you want to keep it in some form you should find a way to improve it and to give it an actual purpose. active - Too much front loaded power. It's litterally a more powerful Twitch's ultimate restricted with a easily procable mark mechanic. There is so much effect on it it feels sickening.

Overall, the kit try to set the character in his niche and fantasy and do well at that, however the Q need tweaks to fit better in his kit and his R feel totally out of place and overloaded.
