Vladimir Ult Rework Idea

Vladimir is my favorite champion and I have no problems with his ultimate currently. It is unique and fits his character. But I think Riot can do one better. In his R description it says he casts a "virulent plague". I think that an ultimate based around a plague or virus would be super cool. Heres my idea:

Vladimir ultimate will become a point click that infects a single champion with the "virus". It`ll be just like his current ultimate in the way that after 5 seconds or so it will burst and deal damage and heal Vladimir. Except this time, IF Vladimir or anyone kills the infected target within the 5 seconds, the virus will burst, heal Vlad, and spread to nearby enemies giving them exactly the same effect and maybe killing them and continuing the plague and the healing. If the ultimate itself kills the target, the R will also spread. The ultimate can also keep the effect where infected enemies take bonus damage from all sources.

That's my idea, I think I would be cool, Riot can handle the numbers if they decide to take inspiration from this post. Hope someone finds this idea cool!
