Rune Page Not Being Editable in Champion Select

Title kind of says it. When I click the edit button next to the list of my rune pages, the only thing that shows up is the "x" button to close out of the rune page editor. I can't change my runes at all. I can only choose from the rune pages I have and the presets. Pretty annoying, please fix!
