State of Viktor

Hey! I was looking on the PBE changes and I saw Orianna was getting a buff. I play a lot of Viktor and I might be biased, but I think most people can agree that Viktor is a pretty weak mage right now. Orianna I think is in a decent spot and I'm not opposed to an Orianna buff. But in my opinion, if Orianna is deserving of a buff, Viktor should undoubtedly be looked at in the same way. I think I know why Viktor has not been buffed, because of tank Viktor. Riot is probably against buffing Viktor because it would spawn oppressive top lane Viktor that is no fun for toplaners. Viktor's early game is just so bad right now its really sad. He can't do anything on 1 item and even if he gets ahead, you don't feel ahead until 20-30min. It takes a while for Viktor to get going and game times nowadays are fast. These are my thoughts, and it would be awesome to hear yours and maybe a comment from a Rioter on their plans.
