''Comic-Mischief'' Ziggs skin idea

Hi guys, I've been thinking of a skin for Ziggs for a long time now, and everyone that I've told this about has said they feel it should happen. I got the idea from Twisted Fate, when he hits an enemy unit/champion with a Red Card it has an area of effect, that kind of represents my idea.

A lot of upcoming events (i.e. modes or icons) are mostly Ziggs' likeness ---> SEEN HERE But you never give him any love in the skin department... But that may change? :)

Here is the skin concept: Walking animation - he sometimes laughs while he is walking, and I thought it would be awesome to see laughter around his head. As each of his ''HA''s around his head comes and goes, giving it a comic-book feel of course. Q - This is a given, his Bouncing Bomb is simple by design, a Comic Book Explosion that is pretty much all there is to it. W - This one was a bit tricky, as I have no feeling of changing the design of the Satchel Charge. But, giving it a crisp doted Comic-Book design on the Satchel and Explosions is what I'm looking for. E - Same thing from W. R - BOOM! ... Need I say more? Actually, I think I do... I liked Jinx's Ultimate; what I'm looking at is instead of a smile, maybe the word 'BOOM' or 'BYE'. :D

That's pretty much it. But if it were to happen, I need to take credit for it. I was scared for a long time to ask for this, because I've had skin ideas for champions before (Final Boss Veigar, even though I said Arcade Veigar.) but never got the credit because I never spoke up. This is my first time posting a request for a skin.
