Need Tips!

Hi, im a bit of a regular here, and im really(REALLY) interested in creating art on computers(concepts, models, splash arts, the works) and i want to know, what equipment should i get for this? Atm i have very little training (i have had 2 art classes, one middle school, one high school, so im mostly self taught) But i have been improving at an EXTREMELY rapid pace!
