Nunu Rework Ideas
I understand the rework is already in the making, but abilities probably aren't locked yet, so I figured I'd make another one of these.
P: Willump's basic attacks and damaging abilities apply stacks of visionary to targets, at 5 stacks your next ability on them will deal 20% more damage and cost no mana. Stacks fall off all at once after 1.5 seconds and at 5 stacks visionary lasts for 5 seconds before falling off all at once. Each stack of visionary also cripples the enemy by 2%.
Q: On minions/monsters: Willump takes a bite out of a targeted enemy minion or neutral monster dealing 360/520/680/840/1000 true damage and healing for 50/100/150/200/250 + 75% AP and gaining a stack of Well Fed. Each stack gives 2% max health, increased size, 10 movement speed (out of combat with champions and structures), and 4% AS; up to 5 stacks.
On champions: Willump takes a bite out of the enemy dealing 100/150/200/250/300 physical damage and reducing their tenacity by 25% for 3 seconds, reducing damage dealt by them by 5/7/8/9/10% for 3 seconds, and disarming them for 0.5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. Consume goes on CD for three times as long when used on champions.
W: The heat of the surrounding area is absorbed by Willump and a target allied unit. They gain 10/15/20/25/30% AS + 25% of Nunu's AS, 5/6/7/8/9% MS + 4% of Nunu's MS, 5/10/15/20/25 AP + 40% of Nunu's AP up to a cap of 40/60/80/100/120 AP, and 5/10/15/20/25% slow resist for 12 seconds. The buff ramps up from as your blood boils reaching max buff at 8 seconds, staying at full power for 4 seconds, then decaying rapidly over 1 second. While the effect is active a 325 unit path of ice is created around the affected units, slowing enemy units and monsters by 20% while in the area of effect; leaves a trail behind as well (up to where you were walking 1 second ago).
E: Nunu launches an ice ball at a targeted enemy champion dealing 80/120/160/200/240 + 80% AP as magic damage and crippling the target by 25%, slowing them by 40/45/50/55/60% for 2 seconds and creating a small ice field around them in the shape of a 4-pointed snow flake with a 50 unit diameter ice pillar at each point, lasting for 2 seconds. The ice field slows by 20% and each ice pillar has 2 hit points (melee kills in 1-hit, ranged in 2-hits, 1 gold).

R: Nunu Channels for 3 seconds dealing 20/25/30 + 20% AP magic damage every second, on release or interruption of the channel the area all non-ally units take 500/750/1000 + 250% AP (scaling down with channel time). While in the area of affect non-ally units are slowed by 50% and crippled by 25%. Allied units auto's increase the slow to 75% then it turns into a 1.5 second root after they are autoed twice (enemies are only slowed or rooted while in the ability's affect range).
Nothing too different, just made some changes to the abilities that seem more fitting thematically.
