Mauvais - The Injurious Mage
the Black Rose seemed to vanish overnight. Many believed that perhaps their time had simply passed, and that its members had put aside their quests for social and political dominance. When LeBlanc reemerged at the gates of the Institute of War, however, it became clear that these masters of shadow and flame had simply been biding their time, waiting for a new global authority to emerge: the League of Legends.

Most of the numbers can obviously be tweaked.
Name : Mauvais - The Injurious Mage
Lore : Deep within the dark, unsettling streets of Noxus. There lies the group known as The Black Rose. Although history has for told of the disappearance of the secret cult ever since the formation of the Noxian Government, an injurious Mage has merged once again. Once under the wings of well known Magician LeBlanc, Mauvais has taken his own ascendance into the hearts of the citizens of Piltover. With powerful magic, he tampered with the minds and consciousness of the citizens. The Piltover police force could not contain the powers of Mauvais, until a special revered inventor and the Defender of Tomorrow, devised a defense mechanism that repels Mauvais's powers to counteract them. The mechanism worked. Mauvais had deteriorated his mind to a state that he had lost his powers. The Piltover Police Force seized the opportunity to lock Mauvais deep underground beneath Piltover. While deep in the cells, an anonymous figure had appeared from the void to give Mauvais the opportunity to fully restore his powers. In return, he would have to fight for the void in the League Of Legends. If he won, he would be given powers unimaginable. Mauvais, engorged with the idea of unimaginable power, accepted the anonymous figure's offer. The figure raised it's arm and bestowed Mauvais with the power of the Void. His body began to crack as beams of light irradiated through his body.
Appearance: Mauvais has long black hair with a long highlight of Red going down the right side. His entire body is cracked as if inside him has been emptied and filled with power from the Void. His staff has the emblem of The Black Rose at the tip, with radiance of darkness emitting off the staff.

Passive (Mental Deterioration Stacks): When ever an enemy is hit with Malicious Blast, the recipient will receive a Mental Deterioration Stack up to 3 total and all spell damage dealt from Mauvais does an additional 2%/4%/6% -- 8%/10%/12% -- 14%/16%/18% Magic Damage over 2 seconds. Stacks decay after 6 seconds if not hit with Malicious Blast.
Q (Malicious Blast) : Mauvais raises his staff and blast the area (350 units in a 500 unit distance) with dark magic dealing 20/25/40/50/60 (+.65% AP). Malicious Blast's cooldown is reset once if casted on a target that is under Psychosis. (8 second CD) (65 Mana Cost)
W (Deflection) : Mauvais gains a shield for two seconds from his staff. The Next ability to hit Mauvais while his shield is active, will be absorbed and disperse the shield. The enemy champion whose spell hit the shield, will have the affecting spells cooldown increased by 50% of its current cooldown and the target will take 50/60/75/90/120 (+.4% AP) Magic Damage. (15/13/12/12/10) second CD) (50/65/70/90/100 Mana Cost)
E (Levitation) : Mauvais uses his staff to leap to a targeted area within 500 units of him dealing 55/65/80/95/115 (+.8% AP) Magic Damage in a small radius around his original position and slows enemies hit by 20/30/40/50/60% (350 units). Casting Levitation resets the CD of Malicious Blast. (10/10/10/8/7 second CD) (75/90/100/115/120 Mana Cost)
R (Psychosis) : Mauvais focuses all of his magic into his mind. He taps into the minds of all enemies that have a Mental Deterioration Stack for 4 seconds while still being able to maneuver around. While in the minds of each champion, he begins to eat away at their mental state for 150/200/250 (+.5% AP) Magic Damage over 3 seconds. Mauvais can reactivate Psychosis again to exit the mind of a selected enemy champ in the final second to appear next to them, or can return to his original position at the end of Psychosis. (100/75/50 second cooldown.) (100 Mana Cost)
**EDIT1: ** 1. Mauvais no longer leaves a clone behind in place of his actual body when initiating Psychosis. 2. Psychosis's cooldown was reduced. 3. Added a blast radius to Mauvais's Q. 4. Made a big change to Psychosis where instead of it being applied to all enemy champions in a certain radius, it can now activate on any enemy that has a Mental Deterioration Stack on it. Including minions. This enabled me to drastically reduce the CD on the ability and buff the ratio by .1%.
EDIT2: 1. Mauvais's lore has been changed. 2. Mauvais now has special interactions with LeBlanc as well. 3. Added Base Stats.
EDIT3: **1. **Reworked Mauvais's passive. Instead of amplifying damage it now deal additional damage to targets over a 2 second period. 2. Reduced the damage on Psychosis to compensate for the new passive. 3. Realized that while he does have a gap closer or a form to escape, he provides absolutely no CC and once Levitation is down hes pretty much vulnerable, so a slow has been added to his kit. 4. Clarification on his spell shield. 5. Mauvais's base stats have been over-hauled to compensate for his weak laning phase. Due to the buff in some stats, his attack range has been reduced to 500. 6. Added more mana cost to Levitation. 7. Changed Psychosis to where Mauvais no longer disappears and can now maneuver while in the minds of his enemies.
