Nunu Rework Idea

Hey guys. Right now I feel like Nunu is very weak, linear, and outdated. I think that he could definitely use some updates and changes, because he just doesn't feel like he fits the game right now. It is very important to keep his identity as a counterjungling monster, but he just seems really unintuitive and useless after the jungling phase is over. I think that the changes that I suggest here would be healthy for his kit and would make him more interesting.

Passive - Yeti Rage: Nunu gains extra effects for killing jungle monsters: Epic Monsters (assists on killing them counts as well) : Nunu permanently gains 1% permanent maximum health and 1% permanent maximum mana. (This does not count as bonus health for any purposes, and will stack on each other. So, if he kills 10 epic monsters, he will have 10% extra maximum health and 10% extra maximum mana.) Large Monster : Nunu permanently gains 1 bonus movement speed and 1.5 bonus attack damage. (This may not seem like a lot, but when you think of how many monsters Nunu kills, it could be useful. Killing 30 large monsters in a game will lead stats worth a pair of boots of speed and a BF sword) Other Monsters (the small monsters and the scuttle crab): Nunu permanently gains 0.25 magic resistance and 0.25 armor. (This might be a little bit OP. If he kills all of the monsters in his own jungle, that would be 2.5 armor and mr, which would just add up over time.)

Q - Consume: Cost 100/110/120/130/140 Mana Cooldown 13/12/11/10/9 Nunu commands his yeti, Willump, to take a bite out of the target enemy minion or monster, dealing 400 / 550 / 700 / 850 / 1000 true damage and healing himself for 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+75% AP). If Consume kills its target, the mana cost is refunded. Additionally, depending on the monster he damages with this, Nunu will gain a bonus for 120 / 150 / 180 / 210 / 240 seconds.

(These would all have accompanying simple FX; Rock Candy would make Nunu turn slightly grey, Monster Tails would put a small cloud around him, and Mystery Meat will give him a green glow) Rough Rock Candy: Nunu gains 10% bonus size and Hard Skin for the duration. Hard skin reduces all damage taken by 3%. Ornery Monster Tails: Nunu will gain Icy Sludge for the duration of the buff. Icy Sludge will give Nunu a small aura that reduces the armor and magic resistance of nearby enemies by 3%. Spooky Mystery Meat: Nunu will gain Jungle Fever for the duration of the buff. Jungle Fever will give Nunu 7% increased movement speed while in the jungle. Additionally, Nunu will regain 5% of his maximum health and mana if he kills a large or epic monster.

W - Blood Boil: Cost 100 Mana Cooldown 20 Nunu grants a target ally and/or himself 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% bonus attack speed. Additionally, attacks and abilities by both Nunu and the targeted ally will do bonus magic damage equal to 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/3% of Nunu's maximum health. This buff lasts for 10 seconds.

E - Ice Blast: Cost 55/65/75/85/95 Mana Cooldown 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 Seconds Nunu throws a ball of ice at the target enemy, dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 90% AP)magic damage, and decreasing their attack speed by 25% and their movement speed by 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% for 2 seconds. Additionally, Nunu will gain half of the slowed movement speed as an movement speed buff for 1 second. (So if he hits an enemy while having Ice Blast at rank 2, he will gain 20% movespeed for 1 second)

R - Absolute Zero: Cost 100 Mana Cooldown 110/110/90 Nunu channels for 3 seconds, slowing all nearby enemies' movement speed by 50% and attack speed by 25% as he does so. Upon completing the channel, he deals 625 / 875 / 1125 (+ 225% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the area, reduced to 12.5 - 87.5% damage if the channel was interrupted, based on how long Nunu channeled. (The only thing changed here is a damage nerf)

Hope that you guys like it! I feel like it might be a bit too OP, so tune-up suggestions would be nice.
