Type - Versatile. Melee
Lore - Shaelar was abandoned as a child, when his core ability was discovered, as his parents thought he had been infected by a wraith that haunted a bridge near their town. He very quickly learned to fend for himself, using his soul abilities, to provide for himself, as well as provide protection. When he was 13, he was caught using his abilities on a mage from the Leauge, and when they learned he wasn't an animal, they quickly brought him in for closer study. Shaelar was never one for quiet spaces, and was constantly escaping and playing his own games, hide and seek being one of his favorites, so as a result, they allow him to compete in the games, in return for a chance to study his gift. He has little interest in killing, other than for food, but when they explained that no one in the rift truly "dies", he very quickly went on a killing spree, and proceeded to execute himself on the nearest turret, to avoid being "killed" himself...
Play style - Shaelar is not very strong, when forced to use his base skills, but if he can grab a monster soul, his abilities fluctuate quite a bit, and he becomes quite a force to be reckoned with!
Abilities:
Soul Breath (passive): Whenever Shaelar attacks large or epic monsters, he debuffs them with "Soul Drip" for 5 seconds which causes their soul to form into a gem when they are killed. This stacks up to 3 times, giving a additional (0/10/25)% boost to the soul aspect of each skill, as well as altering them. His main attack is also slightly altered by this. This increases as he levels up, and lasts (180/220/260/300) seconds. Soul Gems may last up to 3 minutes on the ground, and if picked up while the buff is active, will stay in his inventory until used. Normally, only one buff may be applied at a time. (1/6/11/16) Raptor - Added (2/4/7/10)% of AD in true damage. Wolf - Added (5/10/20/30)% Crit Chance. Krug - Every 5th attack stuns for (0.15/0.25/0.35/0.5)s. Gromp - Added (10/25/40/60)% Life Steal. Scuttler - Gain (5/10/15/25)% Move speed for 1s on every attack. Sentinel - Every attack reduces Shaelars cooldowns by (0.5/0.65/0.8/1) second. Bramble - Added (5/10/20/30)% of AD in Magic damage, that splashes over 150 range. Dragon - Burning Aura adding Bramble damage, with a range of 250, centered on Shaelar, as well as a (3/6/10/15)% Move speed buff.
Shae Claws: Shaelar reaches out with his soul to form claws that strike at a distance. They hit for 40/60/90/120/150 (+60% AD) damage. Raptor - If this hits an enemy champion, Shaelar jumps on his target, and gains Ghosting for 1 second. Wolf - Causes enemy champions hit by this to bleed for 40% of Shaelar's AD over 3 seconds. Krug - Causes enemy champions hit by this to be knocked back by 100. Gromp - Causes enemy champions hit by this to be pulled in by 100. Scuttler - Causes enemy champions hit by this to be slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. Sentinel - Every enemy champion hit by this reduces its cooldown by 20%. Bramble - Causes enemy champions hit by this to burn nearby enemies for 10% of Shaelar's AD every second, for 3 seconds. Dragon - Causes enemy champions hit by this to be terrified for 2 seconds. Range - 550. Cost - 30 Mana Cooldown 15/14/13/12/10 seconds.
Shae Sense: Shaelar meditates for 2 seconds, to imbue himself with a stronger form of his current buff, of if he has no buff, an added 50% damage to all monsters. This lasts (10/12/14/17/20 seconds). Raptor - Shaelar gains an additional 30% Armor penetration. Wolf - Shaelar gains the ability to sense enemy champins within 800 range. Krug - Shaelar takes 30% less damage for the duration. Gromp - Shaelar gains a shield equal to 20% of his Max HP. Scuttler - Shaelar gains 10/15/20/30/40% increased move speed. Sentinel - Shaelar gains 10/12/14/16/20% Cooldown reduction. Bramble - Doubles the damage and range of the passive Bramble buff. Dragon - Shaelar gains the ability to execute minions that are below 40% health, and consume them, restoring 1/2/3/4/5% of his missing health, 2/3/5/7/10% of his missing mana (if they are a caster minion), as well as sharing 10% of the gold gained from them, with every ally champion in a range of 300. Cost - 80 Mana Cooldown 25 seconds.
Scatter Shae: Shaelar jumps a short distance (250 Base). Raptor - Jump distance is increased to 400. If Shaelar hits a target upon landing, it takes damage equal to (20/30/40/50/60)% of Shaelar's AD, and is stunned for 0.25 seconds. Wolf - If Shaelar hits a target upon landing, he gains a short (3/3.5/4/4.5/5) second boost to his Attack Speed and Damage equal to 40%. Krug - Shaelar lands with a thwomp, causing AoE damage in a radius (100/150/200/250/300) equal to 20% of his AD. Gromp - Jump distance is increased to 600, and he leaves behind a sticky trail that slows enemies by (30/40/50/60/70)% for 2 seconds. Scuttler - Jump distance is increased to 400, and he creates a trail that speeds up allies by (10/15/20/30/40)% for 2 seconds. Sentinel - Skill Cooldown is cut by 50%. Bramble - Shaelar lands in a burst of flame, that sets the ground on fire, causing Magic Damage equal to 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of enemies max HP for every second they stand in it, lasts 3 seconds. Landing in brush doubles this damage, and causes the entire brush to burst into flame for the duration, which is increased to 5 seconds. Dragon - Jump distance is increased to 800, and enemies within 300 range of his point of landing, are terrified for 2 seconds. Skill cost and cooldown is doubled however. Range - 250. Cost - 50 Mana Cooldown 20/18/16/13/10 seconds.
Second Shae: Shaelar gains the ability to consume extra souls (1/2/3 extra souls) for 30/45/60 seconds. Souls consumed during this duration, will remain but at half power, once Second Shae expires, for the remainder of their natural duration. Cost - 120 Mana Cooldown 150/120/90 seconds.
