Its Teemo's Time!!!

Teemo needs to be remade into a true scout...

Passive: Being hit gives you +20 movespeed for 0.5s, and has a 30% chance to give you Stealth for 2s. Stealth is not broken by attacks, but is broken if a skill or item is used.

Shroom Tomb (Q): Throw and place a shroom up to 800 distance away. Shroom explodes on landing if thrown more than 500 distance, or if hitting an enemy unit. A placed shroom powers up over 3s, gaining stealth, and blast power, charges from 1/4 of original shroom (R) power, to 1/2... Cooldown is 2/3 of original (R). Otherwise, much like the shrooms that made Teemo Infamous!

Zoom Zoom (W): Teemo gains a powerful boost of speed (about 30-50% more powerful than before) that slowly decays over 5s, and is REFRESHED every time he is hit! Additionally, while near ally towers (somewhere around 500-800 distance) Teemo is given a passive speed boost of +35.

Split Splat (E): Teemo's attacks carry a nasty poison, that create Splat Stacks (on the 4th stack, the poison creates a small cloud of poison, coming from the target, that not only does a small burst of damage, but ADDS Splat Stacks to nearby enemies with 120 range) Damage with stacks is a total of (100%/150%/200%) of Teemos original poison.

Eye Spy the Color BLOOD! (R): For the next 10 seconds, all of Teemo's shrooms give him Scout Vision (Equivalent to a Ward) and Teemo's allies, are given Scout Vision from the closest (1/3/5) shrooms. Additionally, for the duration of the skill, Teeemo's shrooms no longer slow, but instead (Silence/Root/Stun) for the normal duration. Teemo does a global laugh at the start of this...

Nothing 100% set in stone, but lets face it, the blind was pretty weak, and shrooms are FUN! (and more balanced in this setup, as they are vulnerable for longer, and are more fun to position in unsuspecting spots...) This passive will make him more "scout" like, and combined with Zoom Zoom, will give Teemo a better escape (which is a serious issue) And EVERY Teemo player has hated the lack of stacking (many other champs have stacking, but not Teemo, and a few have even added stacking, to their betterment) And this new ultimate, will truly make Teemo's shrooms something to FEAR (especially lategame when they gain that STUN!!!)
