Teuira is a midlane-toplane flex, trading away reliable sustainability and utility for raw, devastating damage. Teuira can play very aggressively at early levels, moreso than most other mages, such as Syndra, Lissandra or even Annie. While they often rely on multiple spells to do significant damage, or on their comrades, Teuira is completely self-sufficient, to the point where you can easily hyper-carry.

Item Build item 1056 item 3340 item 3027item 3020 You'll want to prioritize AP, over anything else. All of Teuira's abilities cast additional AP, and it pays very well. If you want, you can build her semi-tanky, with a possible item 3030 or item 3152. I would recommend the first if you aren't going to build a mana item, and the second if you are. Consider item 3089 if you want to deal extra damage, or a item 3116's if you want to be safer, yet still pack a punch.

Lore: (Longer) Born in the Twisted Peaks, Teuira’s first memory was of lightning. It was as if the heavens themselves were fighting, the volatile streaks of lightning coursing through the sky. Teuira didn’t cry, she laughed, and continued to cackle throughout the entire storm, including when a stray lightning bolt hit her. The gurgling infant possessed such joy that it enraptured the nearby vastaya, who took the ‘blessed’ child to their village.

Teuira was a prodigy, adapting to the ways of life in the vastayan village, despite being unlike them. The child’s magical prowess, especially with lightning and storms, quickly surpassed even the mightiest of mages in the village. Yearning for more, Teuira left the village to go down her path, yet, little did she know, she would only see the village years later, when she ruled an empire, Cliolia. The teenaged mage wandered, confident in her abilities. If the vastaya said she was worthy, then of course she was!

By her sixteenth year, she had already felled an angel. By seventeen, she conquered her first city-state. By age twenty, even gods were no match for her might. Conquering even the Son of Ahtuna, Goddess of Death, Teuira returned to her village, to find all of the vastaya gone, with humans taking their place. Infuriated, Teuira saw the chaos apparent. Society was unorganized, messy, disorderly. It needed someone to correct that. Nations squabbled, fought, people warred. It needed unity. She would unite the world. She set out, a new goal for her conquering, beyond satisfying her ego.

And Teuira would not be denied her birthright. Not by a Darkin Queen, not by a Dark Mage. Not by a Blood Witch, either. No mere city-state would disrupt her world order.

All would go as planned.

Looks like a good idea for a champ, I only have one problem.

There is only one "Great Uniter" for me:

Huh, you know I used the same picture for a different champion of mine. Miranda, the Essence Reaper. The ideas are different, just funny to see that picture again. I think your idea does the image justice. I do have some issues though.

Passive: It just sort of feels re-used. I think they're are plenty of mages already that have a lot of interactions with their passive and their abilities (by this I mean their passive causes additional effects). It is good though, don't take it wrong. I do like it, but it just feels re-used.

Q: I honestly just like this. A bouncing lightning thing... nice. I think the stun is a little too long. 2.5 seconds is usually max for a stun. Ashe is different because it requires her to travel across the map...

W: You do realize that her W is broken right? Every second she deals 1600 (once this is level 5). That is way too broken. Considering that if someone get cc'ed they are pretty much dead. Also, this one power deals 8000 base damage at level 5 (over 5 seconds, 1600). This is not including the AP raito.

E: I would shrink the W damage and buff E to keep up with the idea of "massive" damage. Although, not above 200s. The highest AP ability in the game (that I know of) is Rakan with 250 (base damage, max level) on his W and Q. Just keep that in mind.

R: I would not make the MS permanent. She could get a lot of MS from this if she kills someone... and with her current kit, that seems easy to do. I am going to say that the damage is balanced. The low AP ratio makes the ability balanced-ish.

Overall, good idea, just needs some basic tweaks.

After reading the champion's title, short lore, and longer lore, I finally pinpointed to what the core character aspect is for this champion. She is literally the "Great Uniter." This is a good thing because your lore resonates well with your champions title. The only issue with this is that there is already a champion who is a dignified leader set on uniting people, and that champion is Ashe. Ashe's motivation comes from the story of Avarosa, setting her on a path of Uniting the Freljordian tribes to make one people. By stating this I will also point out differences that are in your lore such as the Vastayan village replaced by people, the fact that she is a conqueror, and the amount of power she has with her magic. But with a character whose sole Narrative Pillar is on Uniting people is put at risk for being similar to Ashe. One of Ashe's quotes for movement is "United we are stronger," the quote you have for Teuira is "United we stand, divided they fall." It could be a coincidence but I suspect that this would be an issue somewhere.

Other than that I like the abilities, although electricity does get played out a lot, I haven't quite seen a core mage that specialized in lightning magic. Kennen doesn't count because he's a ninja, and Volibear is a warrior deity. I also like how you laid things out it.

Feels like she would be a tank or support by the epithet

Haha yeah, I enjoyed the addition of musical themes to champions. It helps build character in a sense.

I honestly think of Brand with that passive, and I just can't see this concept working out well. Sure it's fun, but it's not very interactive, and she doesn't have a special niche outside of "just let me murder them". For me, when someone designs a champion, they need to have a distinct reason for wanting to be picked. For example, you pick Lissandra for that lockdown, you pick Taliyah for zone control and map presence, and you pick Ryze for team oriented fighting. Mages are already a tight spot, considering their many likenesses, so you gotta be on it with building new mechanics or special interactions or combinations. Burst mage is cool, but why pick her instead of Veigar? Or Brand? Or Lux?

Just something to think about. Keep up the work.
