Passive - OK Rammus can use his Q twice for 0.0 sec and he get Level 6 instance went 0:00 Q - Yeah ( 2 Second Cooldown ) Rammus say Yeah idle and do nothing W - Right O-OK Yeah ( 2 Second Cooldown ) Rammus say Right O-OK Yeah idle and gain 0 (-99999) E - Alright ( 2 Second Cooldown ) Rammus say Alright idle all his state number turn to 0 R - OK ( 2 Second Cooldown ) Rammus say OK do nothing R Passive - Everytime Rammus active an abilitie all his Abilities CD is reset Combo - Q - Passive - Q - W - E - R
