Sunsinger Warlock Champ Concept AP/Mana. Melee Mage/Fighter

[P] Orbs of Light - Your attacks and damaging abilities have a chance to generate Orbs of Light. Collecting an orb heals a small amount and partially refunds cooldown on all abilities.

[Q] Dawnblade - Swing your blade, launching an arcing wave of fire to a location, dealing aoe damage. Stores up to 3 charges, recharging every 8 seconds.

[W] Font of Light - Generates a wellspring of light beneath you for 4 seconds that greatly increases your health regeneration. If you’re full health, Font of Light generates a shield instead.

[E] Scorch - Creates a concussive blast of fire infront of you, dealing damage, igniting all targets for 4 seconds and knocking them back. Enemies killed by Scorch create an Orb of Light and explode, dealing damage around them.

[R] Radiance - Sprout wings of flame and ascend, gaining 20% damage resistance and greatly reduced cooldowns for 12 seconds. While Radiance is active, your damaging abilities are guaranteed to generate Orbs of Light. Reactivate Radiance to cancel it early and perform a Phoenix Dive.

Phoenix Dive - Plunge from the sky, regenerating some health and cause an explosion when you land, dealing damage.

Pretty good design, but it has a few flaws.

Passive: Due to its heavy trade utility, I would advice against making this passive based off of RNG.

E: From your description, this skill has too much damage to match its utility. If anything, this should be an ultimate skill rather than a basic one.

R: The greatly reduced cooldown effect is unnecessary when you already have a guaranteed proc of Orb of Light which already lowers skill cooldowns.

If you want to make things rather interesting, find a way to incorporate a unique way of collecting Orbs of Light instead of just walking next to them like Thresh Souls or Zac Blobs.
