Blinding Assault (Q) has several changes Renamed to Blinding Assault from Aerial Assault. Base damage changed to 15/45/75/105/135 from 20/45/70/95/120. AP Ratio increased to .5 from .35. Total AD ratio increased to 0.8/0.9/1.0/1.1/1.2 from 0.7/0.75/0.8/0.85/0.9. REMOVED: Damage bonus based on missing health removed. NEW EFFECT: Now reduces hit enemy's vision radius dramatically for 2 seconds.

So they give her this great wave clear and dueling ability and then IMMEDIATELY take it away.

But MF can get 30 bonus ad at level 1 just for switching targets and Graves can 1 shot anything that's near with just autos. Seems fair.

If they are going to revert anything, it needs to be the whole rework. These changes seem to be a step in the right direction, although we will probably never get Quinn back to her actually balanced state she had pre-rework

It depends on how much the vision reduction is and if you can see people that are basic attacking you. If it reduces vision range to like 150-175, sure. If not, no.
