Can we take a break from Ionia now?
Xayah, Rakan, Kayn, Jhin, Ivern. Even Taliyah had an adventure there and now Nami and Diana are headed over as well in the lore. I can't be the only one tired of Ionia...

The thing is. There has been like no actual talk of Ionia yet.
We know that animal people live there and that Ionia people don't like them.
We know that there are ninjas there and balance and spirits.
We know that they have a secret extra government.
We know that there was a Noxus Invasion.
And we know all the Ionian champion stories.
We don't know much about Ionia as a place though.
But that's about it... I'm fine with more Ionia stuff tbh.

No, not until we have three more Champion tie-ins to Ionia and seven more Ahri skins.
I'm not tired, I'm actually pissed. We got so many teaser for this region and we still haven't got our proper lore update. As much I enjoy Zed, I really think other Ionians deserve some love as well.
A large portion of LOL's fanbase are weaboos. So they cater to them. Which is why we keep seeing new skins, champions etc from Ionia
We need more lore on Piltover, Bandlecity, and the Freljord. theyve gone without love for a bit.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind taking a nice long break from Ionia. Lets go explore Noxus and the Void for a bit. And I'm sure some of the other regions could use a new champ/rework (though Piltover and Zaun could definitely use a break... mainly Zaun).

Don't see why not. Considering that the champion dev teams want to take a break from Zaun-themed champions for a while since Urgot & Warwick were both released this year, they should move onto other regions that haven't been explored recently:

Void - Rek'sai
(Released December 2014) was the last Void-Born to be released. Given that Rek'sai has ties to the Shurima Desert, Vel'Koz 
(released February 2014) would be the last Void-Born released that has ties to Icathia & the Void itself. Given they might hold off on a Void-Lore update until Cho'Gath 
is reworked. -
Bandlecity - Yet another region that hasn't seen much love either. As far as I know, there hasn't been any Lore or stories about the Yordles at all.
i wouldn't mind if ionia was actually interesting but right now i'm more interested in urgot/future noxus update
its because ionia is large. it is a continent like valoran(upper runatera) and the south continent/shuriman area(downpart of runatera). I dont know why riot particularly put a continent instead of dividing it.
