Stats: Health: 640-2355 Attack Damage: 58-115 Health Regen: 7.5-13.3 Attack Speed: .64 (0%- 52.3%) Mana: 276-955 Armor: 29.5- 90.2 Mana Regen: 7.1-15.9 Magic Res: 32.1-53.4 Melee range: 125 Mov. Speed: 340

Passive: Shark Skin- Basic attacks against Roto deal 10/15/20% damage in a small radius around him, before defenses apply.

Q: Roto doubles the damage of his next auto attack, with bonus damage based off of a percentage of his missing health

W: Inkjet (targeted) - Roto spews ink at a target, blinding them and reducing their vision range and damaging them

E: Whitewater (self-buff) – Roto increases his movement speed and attack speed by a percent for 5 seconds, causing all of his autoattacks in this period to deal splash damage

R: Changing Tides (Self-targeted AoE) -Passive: Low Tide: Enemies that attack Roto have their movement speed and attack speed reduced by 10/15/20% -Active: High Tide: Roto deals magic damage per second in an AoE for 5 seconds, slowing enemies by 15/20/25% and taunting enemies for the first 2, taking reduced damage from them

Various: Passive: For the splash, think along the lines of a Tiamat in terms of range and damage distribution W: The blind would be just about a second but the vision reduction (on par with Graves’ smokescreen) would last a little longer, dealing damage based off a percentage of AP E: The percentages are affected by AP R: The passive is static, the damage dealt and taken are both affected by AP

his passive is the same as diana's And he has very boring skills with two of them being self buffs. Add some more variety
