Champion Idea
So heres my idea for a champion, you guys let me know what you think, maybe throw in your own twists, and hopefully it makes it onto a Rioters screen. The champion would be an avatar type theme, like an elemental bender. He would somewhat combine mechanics of

. He would receive his ult at levels 1/6/11/16, and would have 8 "forms" to "learn". The 8 stages would be [Fire (Ranged), Fire (Melee), Water (Ranged), Water (Melee), Earth (Ranged), Earth (Melee), Air (Ranged), Air (Melee)], and by the end of the game you would be able to learn 4 stages. I imagine switching between the stages to be like the role selector in draft que, when you select top/jg/mid... instead you woud click your ult and drag to which one you want. A champion this versatile must have some weaknesses right? Well the way to do that would be to give each "form" its own specific strengths and weaknesses. Maybe some "forms" have great CC, but no damage or AoE, and some let you easily get deleted, with its own positive rewards for playing well in that form. I imagine each form could have its own scalings (earth gives bonus hp less dmg, fire gives bonus ad, water gives bonus AP less hp, wind bonus movement speed), which already creates an importance on being in the right form. Also, changing between forms would have to be alot harder than an udyr or jayce, so I think it would be at least a 10-20 second cooldown so that you cant just spam between them and be unstopable.
For those of you who might call the champion broken, take note that you only have 4 forms after level 16, and before level 6 you only have 1 form. Also, at no point do you have an epic ability or ultimate, so you are relying solely on basic abilities.
For those of you who might call the champion underpowered, I can imagine at early levels they would be, but lategame when you have 12 abilities you can use, and you have 24 options, you can choose which ones you want. You could focus on learning only 2 elements, and being a master of them, but having great weaknesses elsewhere, or you could even spread out, 1 into each element and be not amazing at anything, but good all around.
So what do you guys think? I could definitely see a champion like this working out and being in the game, what about you guys? I would definitely like to hear what you guys think, maybe it would give me an idea that might make an nonviable idea work, or maybe inspire an idea elsewhere.
