My thoughts on the current META
So season 6 rolled around, and coming out at the beginning it was pretty great. People were playing a lot of the new ADCs and all the fighter type champions in the top/jg, and mages/assassins in the mid lane. Now, the meta has devolved into this tank meta again, that Riot has repeatedly screwed up and caused over and over again. Mid laners should not all be building

and just run around and do enough damage to kill everyone and still survive. Things like 
need less damage if they are going to give you tanky stats like that. I know Riot is in the works with the assassin update, but things like this need to be fixed if that is going to work. If I'm playing an assassin, If you want to survive my 6-0 burst 20 minutes into the game, you should not be able to 1 shot me back. Another thing this does is completely remove mechanical skill from the equation of who wins the game. Nobody is going to make a sick outplay and kill a 

. Instead, you are COMPLETELY FORCED to build these bruiser AP items, and late game you just have to go with the flow and throw your abilities around for 30 seconds as the tanks beat each other to death. There's no more lane pressure, and hoping to get that flash outplay +
to kill them, cuz they just walk away. Thats just pretty much talking about the mid lane, much less ADC. Riot f**ked up so bad they BUFFED VAYNE. Thats how imbalanced and shifted the meta was, that they had to buff vayne. My mains being
, all of these champions are useless, and so hard to carry with against teams that just stack these tank+damage items that can kill without being killed, and you never have a chance to win enough games to climb off mechanical skill. Ik you might say a diamond could easily win/climb at a Gold 4 elo on these champions, but ya thats a big mismatch in skill ofc they can carry. Where as using mechanical skill is impossible to climb off anymore unless you want to play slave to riots god tier meta & builds.
TL;DR: If people want to get tanky they should not be able to carry with damage.
