first part makes sense. the last part does not.

I mean i could take some will stabs and come close to the meaning but contextually this thing is a mess. sorta a list of problem

1 Those means a select few, but i am not sure anyone chooses any diseases. 2 You are missing a why statement. Normally in kind of statement there is a reason why. IE People are really suffering 3 Who is the we? are you currently a victicum/realted to of cancer? Metaphorical? 4 We means self inclusion, so you should be using "did not" instead. Not choosing is a past action and should be a did instead.

Yes the general idea is there, but if this was a more complex thought, no one would of been able to understand what you were talking about.
