Surfer Singed

So I've been waiting for this sale for some time to buy surfer singed. I saw the skin used on various streams, and the poison was always blue. I was disappointed. I thought it made sense, like he is surfing the poison waves or something... I guess those streamers were using graphical mods of some sort.

Can you just make the poison blue for this skin please? I don't want to mod LoL. I've been waiting months for this, and probably won't even use the skin now.
