Surfer Nami Skin - and Ult Rework.

a Basic skin to go along with surfer singed, (this could also be a pool party skin) basically, nami's trident becomes a surf board. Her tail is a deep fishscale green, with an aqua underside. she's wearing a bikini, because surf wear.

Now lets talk about namis ult, theres nothing bad about it from my point of view. but when nami says "Ride the Waves" I wish she could.

So how about an option for nami to ride her ult?

My idea would be to hit R once to cast normally, or hit it twice before the wave appears to ride it.

I dont think nami should be able to ride through walls, just for positioning.
