She's an assassin that's been in multiple battles over her life, she's not supposed to look like a beauty queen. She shouldn't look "pretty" she should look deadly and scary in my opinion. I think Riot captured that in her excellently, does no one else see that?
Because the pose is absurd and the perspective makes her look goofy as all hell? That's my best guess. All this dynamic "action pose" crap in the new art is getting silly.

How would you feel if your female or male who look like a beauty and gets a downgrade? Plus her face and her legs are way too awkward even for a battle feature. If you want to argue with multiple battles, then all champion except for few shouldn't be good looking. Plus she represent Noxious as basically as a queen so yea...Deadly and scary can be beautiful like Elise, Riven, Vi, Jinx, Annie, Le Blanc etc. Oh please Riot don't downgrade taric. Taric is too cute as he is now :(
Kat looks deadly and scary. She has an eye of an assassin and the eye liner/battle scar does her well.
