I'd love to see a tanky AS item. Something like this

would have to have 10% cdr too if it builds from a kindlegem
Really don't think Tanks are supposed to be AA-based dps damage dealers. The two kinda contradict each other.

Passive: Onslaught - Basic attacks grant +3% attack speed, +20 health, and +4 ability power for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times, granting a total of +15% attack speed, +100 health, and +20 ability power.
So I obviously stole this passive from Guinsoo's Rageblade, but I would really like to see at least one other item with stacking stats like that. I'm also not set on the numbers. May be too strong, but I figured compared to GR, it has more base, static stats, costs more, has no on-hit damage, and no 'fully stacked' effect.
