Has a metal gear looking like a spiked mowhawk shoved into his head. Clothes: still not wearing a shirt, would be wearing grungy black pants with oil stains and tears, would have a tire attached to his shoulder skin: same tone as his normal skin. Tatoo: A large tattoo would be on his chest advertising piltover customs. belt: He'd be wearing a belt made out of a car bumper, the belt buckle would be a license plate digits would be his name, above his name in blood like letter it would say noxus, to the left it'd say the month of the release of the skin, to the right it'd say the year. Shoes: he'd be wearing one shoe that's a simple leather boot, where as in his other skins he'd have no foot his other side would have a mechnical foot looking similar to his new jaw.

Skills Q: Indicator would remain the same due to gameplay purposes, charging sounds more like a machine revving up, upon hitting the ground instead of an explosion a lound clang his heard, the explosion of the ground is replaced with wire and mechanical waste.

W. Shield looks like fire from a blow torch, sounds like a blowtorch starting up, when the shield is released it sounds like air escaping from a pipe.

E. Still a shout with it being blue instead of red, Yells out quotes like, I SAID THE FLAT HEAD NOT THE PHILIPS.

R: Jumps into a moving car, make the sound of an old racecar speeding up, explodes upon contact or when you reactive it you see him slam is hand down on a red self destruct button causing the explosion
