A kewl idea for a great new ap item

Since the add of all these new ad items in the recent patch, some late game mages have fallen off ( largely) since they can be killed easily with a quick burst in a team fight. I think that need a new damage item that will help them out a little in team fights.

The new item would be made with a along with . It would give 80 AP, 40 armor and cost 2800 g. Its unique passive would after every kill or assist you would receive 10% increased AP for 10 sec. stacking up to three times.

This item could potentially replace which basically every mage gets or be combined with to get a large amount of AP. The mages have been quite under powered because every lane is dominated but strong AD champions who can survive, kill and out sustain nearly every mage, not to mention that it is very easy for them to get the new 45% cap. The mages need a new item. If not a large AP item please give us a CDR item that doesn't give mana regen like or .
