Kam, the Master of Chaos
This is a champion concept that I can tweak or change as much as needed to be received as a good thing by the community. That said, flamers will be ignored and/or deleted. I would like HELP on this, not "You're bad and should feel bad." ALL NUMBERS IN THIS POST CAN BE CHANGED VERY EASILY, AND ARE NOT SET.

His abilities are going to be odd. Pay attention to them closely.
Passive(s): Kam can only have the bonuses of 1 "stance" at a time while his ultimate isn't active. Kam has a different advantage and disadvantage when in each of his "stances". Q: Kam gains 5/15/25/35/45 ability power in this stance, but loses 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% armor and magic resist. W: Kam gains 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5% movement speed and can pass through units in this stance, but loses 75 attack range. E: Kam gains 5/7/9/11/13 armor and magic resist in this stance for each attack he takes, up to a maximum bonus of 25/35/45/55/65, but he gets 10% reduced damage and 10/9/8/7/6% reduced movement speed. R: Kam gains all of the passive advantages and disadvantages for the duration.
Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 mana Cooldown: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds Q: Kam switches into his assault stance, readying his wand, dealing an extra 10/25/40/55/70 (+10% AP) magic damage on his attacks. His first attack in this stance also burns the enemy for an extra 15/25/35/45/55 (+25% AP) magic damage over 5 seconds. This stance lasts until deactivated, or another stance is activated.
Cost: 40 mana Cooldown: 4 seconds W: Kam switches into his mobility stance, increasing his movement speed by 3/6/9/12/15% and increasing his attack speed by 15/20/25/30/35%. Any on hit effects will apply at a 125% effect in this stance. This stance lasts until deactivated, or another stance is activated.
Cost: 60/60/50/50/40 mana Cooldown: 10seconds E: Kam switches to his defensive stance, making him take 2/4/6/8/10 (+3.5% AP) less damage from all sources, and causing all enemies that strike him to burn for 0/5/10/15/20 (+8.25% AP) damage every second for 3 seconds. This stance lasts until deactivated, or another stance is activated.
Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 150/125/100 seconds R: Kam activates the bonuses from all of his stances for himself for 10/15/20 seconds. Kam gains an aura that grants 50/75/100% of the advantages of his W and E to other allies around him for 5/7.5/10 seconds. When this effect ends for Kam, he is switched into his stance he was in prior to activating this ability. While this effect is active, he can not activate another stance. This ability is only affected by 50% of CDR
Now before you guys go to the comments saying this is jam packed, or that it is not needed to be so complicated, I know. This would be a higher level character that is like Udyr in a way, but you have to worry about a lot more since you won't be building him beefy. He has the ability to help out his team more than Udyr though, as Udyr is a very selfish champion. Also remember, all numbers are open to be changed if I see something I like in the comments!

1.1.0 -Updated the usability of Kam's stances, making it so he can switch stances indefinitely but he can only have the bonuses of 1 at a time without his ult. -Updated all of Kam's skills with Costs and Cooldowns. -Made his R only be affected by 50% of Cooldown Reduction, because 40% would be a very powerful amount. 2.0.0 Passive Changes -Changed the passive advantage of his Q from 5/10/15/20/25 attack damage to 5/15/25/35/45 ability power. -Changed the passive disadvantage of his Q from losing 5/5/10/10/15 armor and magic resist to losing 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% of his armor and magic resist. -Added a new passive advantage to his W. He now gains 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5% movement speed in addition to being able to move through units. -Changed the passive disadvantage on his W to only lose 75 attack range instead of 100. -Increased E passive advantage from 2/3/4/5/6 armor and magic resist (max. 10/15/20/25/30) to 5/7/9/11/13 armor and magic resist (max. 25/30/35/40/45). -New passive disadvantage on his E. He loses 10% of his damage in addition to 10/9/8/7/6% of his movement speed. Ability Changes -Movement speed on W decreased from 10/12/14/16/18% to 3/6/9/12/15% -Attack speed on W decreased from 20/24/28/32/36% to 15/20/25/30/35% -Damage reduction on E decreased from 2/5/8/11/14% to 2/4/6/8/10% -Damage reduction AP scaling on E increased from 2.5% to 3.5% -Burn damage on E changed from 10/20/30/40/50 over 3 seconds to 0/5/10/15/20 every second for 3 seconds. -Burn damage AP modifier on E changed from 20% to 8.25% per second for 3 seconds. -Increased the duration of his R from 10/12.5/15 seconds to 10/15/20 seconds. -Instead of applying his R to allies nearby at the time of activation, he instead radiates an aura that grants the advantages to allies. -Decreased the effect his allies get from his R from 75/100/125% to 50/75/100%. -Clarified the duration of his R aura. Instead of "50%", it is now "5/7.5/10 seconds".
