A little suggestion for Riot.

I feel as if the game would be benefited greatly if you put in a "mentor" program. One where you could queue up as "Wanting to learn _____ role(s)." and someone in Gold+ could queue for "Wanting to teach _____ role(s)." And they would join a game that's difficulty was scaled down for 2 people, and the mentor could tutor the mentee at how to do the role. This would greatly help out new players and veterans alike, whether it be by learning a completely foreign role to you, or helping to smooth out your edges.
