Dominion: Hide n' Seek rule variation

So as you all know, there are a lot of rules and regulations floating around for Hide n' Seek on the Dominion map. I know that none of them are "right" or "wrong", but I thought I'd add my rules into the fray to see how they fare.

To start off, Seekers have 40 minutes to find and kill 5 different hiders 5 different times (so 25 kills). Obviously, hiders have 5 lives each. After those 5 lives are lost, the hiders may either stay in the OUTER or INNER rings of the map, where everyone has vision). If they are in these areas, seekers may not kill them unless provoked. If they are in the FoW (Fog of War), seekers may kill them at any time. IF the hiders' dead people help in any way, seekers choose between 2 punishments (-1 life for all hiders w/ more than 2 lives or +5 minutes to kill all hiders). Hiders may leave the base as soon as the game starts. Seekers MUST wait until 2 minutes, or they give the hiders a benefit of 5 less minutes for the seekers to find them. On the other side, hiders MUST be out of base by 2:10. If this rule is broken, that specific hider gets -1 life for every 10 seconds spent in base after that time limit. At no time should there be more than 2 hiders in a single bush (or bush group, for example the bushes in the capture points.)

Now, as for rules concerning abilities... for hiders, any CC/movement/healing ability is fine. ABSOLUTELY NO AUTOATTACKS MAY BE USED AS A HIDER. There are very few exceptions Hiders MAY NOT kill seekers with their abilities. The only exception to this rule is if the seeker doesn't back at 10% health (or 200 health, whichever is lower). CC abilities are ANY MOVE that slows, stuns, knocks up, knocks back, pushes, pulls, silences, roots, snares, or in any other way immobilizes or incapacitates your enemy. Rylai's Crystal Scepter DOES NOT validate moves that do not have CC. The moves have to have their CC built in. I will list all of the moves that ALL champions can use below, for hiders. A Aatrox (Aatrox) - Q & E are usable. Ahri (Ahri) - E & R are usable. Akali (Akali) - W & R are usable. Alistar (Alistar) - Q, W, E, & R are usable. Amumu (Amumu) - Q, & R are usable. Anivia (Anivia) - Q, W, & R are usable. Annie (Annie) - E until stun is up, then Q, W, & R. Ashe (Ashe) - Q (Doesn't validate Autoattacks), W (Only if Q is up), E, & R are usable. Azir (Azir) - W (no using attacks), E, & R are usable. B Blitzcrank (Blitzcrank) - Q, W, E, & R are usable. Brand (Brand) - No abilities are usable. Braum (Braum) - Q, W, E, & R are usable. As an after note, you may NOT build for damage. No pure attack damage/ability power items may be bought. All items must either have some type of utility, or movement speed on it. (Utility is classified as an active in my eyes.)

Now, for seekers. You have very limited rules, as there are only 2 people on your team. First and foremost, YOU MUST BACK AT 10% HEALTH OR 200 HEALTH, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER. If you do not back within 5 seconds of reaching that health, no matter your health regen, you are fair game to be killed (By CC effects only, do not let the hiders tell you differently.) The ONLY exception to this rule is if you have a heal, or enough health regen to act as a heal. (AKA Mundo). ONLY ONE SLOW ITEM MAY BE ON YOUR TEAM. Period. Those are the only two real "rules" other than having to stay in base until 2:00 to let hiders hide, and giving hiders a 15 second "grace" when they respawn. Finally, NO "PUPPY GUARDING", "BABYSITTING", OR WHATSOEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT IS ALLOWED. This means no sitting in front of the Hider's base to kill them as soon as they get out. Doing this will give the hiders a 2 minute benefit and the hider that dies from this will get +1 life.
